I’m going to keep it short today with all the business going on…
Last time I had all of you give a compliment or show at least one act of kindness towards another person. This week I challenge all of you to do something for yourself for a change! This could be anywhere from a self-praise to maybe even a spa day:) It’s always good to treat yourself every once in a while!
As important it may be to respect and be kind to your peers, it’s as vital to have that same respect towards yourself. Such as, don’t work out EVERY SINGLE day- take breaks in between days to let your body rest. If you make a mistake, don’t be extremely hard on yourself- we’re all human, and we’re all going to make mistakes sooner or later!
I think we tend to forget this quote from elementary school but here it is:
TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!
